(February 14, 2024; Calabasas, CA) Harbor Freight has been named to the 2024 list of Forbes Magazine’s Best Large Employers, the fourth consecutive year the company has earned that distinction.
Harbor Freight Tools is committed to putting people first and helping build careers. The company has previously also been recognized by Forbes as the Best Employer for Veterans in retail, a Best Employer for Women and a Best Employer for Diversity and Inclusion.
Forbes and their partner Statista selected America’s Best Large Employers 2024 based on independent surveys of roughly 170,000 workers at American companies and institutions with more than 5,000 employees.
The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
