(October 31, 2023; Las Vegas, NV) Harbor Freight Tools showcased its highly anticipated ICON™ Professional T8 Intelligent Diagnostic Scanner at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) Show today.
The Diagnostic Scanner—the first of its kind for the ICON brand will be priced at $899.99, substantially less than the competition. It will be released in stores and online January 2024, and will be available only at Harbor Freight.
Engineered for the professional, the unit has a powerful 2.0 GHz quad-core processor for lag-free operation and has wireless vehicle communication capability. Quick and easy to use, the Scanner is compatible with 1996 and newer domestic, Asian, European, and exotic vehicles. It features an 8-inch IPS (in-plane switching) touch screen with multi-touch, wireless OBD2 scanning, and stylus. A stylus holder and flip-out stand are located on the back of the Diagnostic Scanner for added convenience.
A two-year subscription to CODE-ASSIST database and diagnostic software is included. The Scanner also comes with a premium heavy duty storage case and the hinge pins can easily be removed to convert the case into a superior tool tray.
In addition to the ICON T8, Harbor Freight Tools will launch the ICON T7 Intelligent Diagnostic Scanner with a 7 in. multi-touch screen, and the ICON T10 Intelligent Diagnostic Scanner with a 10 in. multi-touch screen, in Spring 2024.
