Engineered with a powerful 1 HP induction motor, this Heavy Duty Bench Grinder offers heavy duty grinding, and can be used for a variety of jobs including sharpening, polishing, reshaping, and repairing metal.
Added features include reliable, sealed, and lubricated ball bearings, along with machined and balanced clamp washers that hold the grinding wheels in place securely for lower vibration. Rubber-mounted feet keep the bench grinder stable during use.
The Heavy Duty Professional Bench Grinder offers a maximum speed of 3450 RPM, and has a durable cast-iron base. Dual cast iron work rests have tool-free adjustment for easy setup.
For added safety, the HERCULES Bench Grinder has a guarded toggle switch with safety key, and two extra-wide adjustable eye shields to protect against flying debris and sparks.
Vitrified low- and medium-grit grinding wheels, 36 and 60 grit, are included.
