Engineered for carpentry and woodworking, the HERCULES Router with Plunge Base Kit provides the stability of a fixed based router with the versatility of a plunge base.
To power through tough jobs, the Router’s powerful 12 Amp motor delivers 10,000 to 25,000 RPM, while the soft-start feature provides precise control for a quality finish. As a Fixed Base Router, the tool provides the ultimate in stability when moving around the workpiece, making it ideal for freehand edge work. As a Plunge Base Router, it is essential for template routing and delicate inlay work.
The plunge base has a two-inch plunge capacity, while the Router—in both the fixed base and plunge modes—has microfine depth adjustments with 1/64-inch increments.
