Ideal for making clean cuts on sheet metal and stainless steel, the Cordless Metal Shears can cut up to 230 ft. of sheet metal on a single charge. The variable-speed trigger provides smooth, controlled precision, and the three-blade cutter reduces metal deformation. With a maximum speed of 2500 SPM (strokes per minute), the BAUER 20V Cordless 18 Gauge Metal Shears cut through materials such as sheet metal, wire mesh, vinyl siding, and metal roofing, quickly and easily.
It allows for long, straight cuts on up to 18-gauge metal and up to 20-gauge stainless steel, while the double cut shears cut a 0.22 in. strip which continuously curls out of the cutting area. For cutting in tight, hard-to-reach areas, the head swivels 360. An ergonomic, cushioned overmold grip provides comfort and control during use.
Weighing 3.77 lbs., the Cordless Metal Shears are compact and lightweight and are compatible with all 20V lithium-ion batteries within the customer-favorite BAUER line. Battery and charger are sold separately.
