(February 15, 2023; Calabasas, CA) Harbor Freight has been named to the 2023 list of Forbes Magazine’s Best Large Employers, and one of the top 20 in the retail category, the third consecutive year the company has earned that distinction.
Harbor Freight Tools is committed to putting people first and helping build careers. The company has previously also been recognized by Forbes as the Best Employer for Veterans in retail for the past three years, a Best Employer for Women and a Best Employer for Diversity and Inclusion.
Forbes and their partner Statista selected America’s Best Large Employers 2023 based on independent surveys of roughly 45,000 workers at American companies and institutions with more than 5,000 employees.
The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
