To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Fortune research partner Great Place to Work® analyzed feedback from more than 1.3 million employees, including more than 600,000 women.
Harbor Freight was recognized for excelling in areas such as fair pay, career growth, work-life balance, and fostering psychological, and emotional well-being.
Using their proprietary Trust Index™, Great Place to Work issued a survey where employees responded to 60 statements on a five-point scale and answered two open-ended questions.
