Harbor Freight Introduces BADLAND™ 1.5 Ton Off-Road Jack at SEMA

(November 5, 2024; Las Vegas, NV) Harbor Freight introduced the BADLAND 1.5 Ton Off-Road Jack at SEMA today.

Designed with the off-road auto enthusiast in mind, the Jack has dual piston RAPID PUMP® technology and lifts up to 3,000 lbs. quickly and efficiently. It is ideal for SUVs, ATVs, UTVs, and jeeps.

The Off-Road Jack meets or exceeds all current standards under the American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ Safety Standards for Portable Automotive Service Equipment (ASME/PASE).

Engineered with precision descent control, the Jack has a slower and easier-to-control descent rate when loaded with a vehicle.

Built for durability and rugged conditions, the BADLAND 1.5 Ton Off-Road Jack has solid steel axles with sealed ball bearings for smooth operation, aluminum side plates, and stainless-steel hardware. Heavy duty flat-free wheels provide easy maneuverability over rough terrain, while the wrap around full-length steel skid plate provides stability over soft surfaces such as gravel and sand.

It has a jacking handle maneuvering lock, side carry handle, onboard saddle extension storage, and weather-resistant jack pump boots.

A locking adjustable height extension includes a rubber pad to protect against marring, and it has a rear wheel parking brake that keeps the jack in place when not lifting a vehicle. An integrated top handle allows for easy carrying.

Other new products being added to the popular BADLAND lineup include Winch Gloves. The Gloves are made with [cotton, polyester] and DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber to provide superior protection against scrapes and burrs when handling the winch rope.

The BADLAND 1.5 Ton Off-Road Jack is expected in stores and online in Summer 2025, and the Gloves will be available early next year. They are available only at Harbor Freight.

Members of the Harbor Freight team are available for media interviews onsite at SEMA. For Harbor Freight interview requests and media inquiries, please contact Donna Walker at DWalker@harborfreight.com, or our Corporate Newsroom at Newsroom@harborfreight.com.

The SEMA show, which focuses on the automotive industry and showcases upcoming products, attracts more than 161,000 attendees annually, including representatives from over 140 countries and 3,300 media representatives.
